Paul Harwood

Making his fourth appearance at the festival this year is Paul Harwood.

Paul harwood has lived in Cornwall for 25 years and is passionate about cooking seafood having learnt his skills working for Rick Stein for 14 years in Padstow.
Previously Paul spent many years travelling the globe to exotic destinations sampling local cuisine but also fulfilling his other passion of surfing.
When the opportunity arose to open at Britains most famous surfing beach Fistral, Paul grasped the opportunity subsequently opening a small seafood restaurant, The Fish House-Fistral.
