Head Chef at The Wellington Hotel, Stephen Marsh, will be one of the chefs demonstrating their superb cooking skills at the Festival. On the Wellington stand in the food hall, other chefs from the Wellington Kitchen will be preparing taster pots of Stephen’s dish. Throughout the Festival, the dish will also feature on the menu at the Hotel bar and restaurant.
Hand-made sweets including marshmallows, coconut ice and fudge - all in a variety of flavours. Also, hand-made sweet sauces such as caramel, chocolate and butterscotch.

If you're looking for a fantastic Somerset Cheddar, you'd have a job to beat Worthy Cheddar. Made with pasteurised milk from several local farm, it is mature yet creamy and comes sealed in black wax, so keeps extremely well. We also supply Cornish Blue and Cornish Gouda.
